The purpose of this platform is to identify the companies that have served specific communities. This is a directory of companies that provide Real Estate services to CID homeowners directly. Licensed agents or other professionals register separately. Return to RE page. We include all states that have existing common interest developments. This directory helps owners, tenants, and homebuyers choose services from real estate companies that specialize in CIDs. After you register your company, your agents or representatives who have developed an expertise in community associations can add themselves to the Real Estate Professionals Directory.

Once registered, professionals connect with every HOA where they have completed a transaction and want to do more business in that community. We promote professionals who know the community.

If you register between October 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, a 25% discount on your monthly subscription for 6 months will be automatically applied.
